February sees the return of the Rolli Experience, the initiative promoted by the City of Genoa and dedicated to the Palazzi dei Rolli: a special edition organized on the occasion of Valentine's Day and dedicated to love - love of art and beauty, love of the city's history, love of good food.

Within the Rolli Experience, as usual, I will deliver a lecture as an expert on Ligurian culinary heritage.
