Outfood - Genoa, proud for its food and heritage
Genoa, the capital of Liguria, is the protagonist of a project aimed at strengthening its role as one of the hubs of Mediterranean food culture.

The project is the output of the collaboration between the Municipality of Genoa and Genova World, the association of professionals created by Umberto Curti (food and wine historian) and Luisa Puppo (Ambassador of Genoa in the World) - no homonym, it is me!
A video collection (in Italian and English) dedicated to Genoa's heritage, both cultural and culinary, which will be released monthly.
So far, the video releases include:
1) La Cuciniera di Giobatta Ratto - since 1861 a culinary bestseller, the first recipe book dedicated to Liguria's culinary heritage is one of the features of the collection of the Civic Berio Library in Genoa https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TisXxVTcByw

4) Ceramics (and mortars) Rooms (Palazzo Tursi) - the City Hall is a treasure trove of art and culture.
