“Genovameravigliosa” is the multilingual portal through which the Municipality of Genoa showcases its main initiatives - designed in collaboration with other local institutions -, aimed at bringing back the Superba to its original splendour. 

As a Genoese myself, when I wander through the historical centre I am always moved by the sight of its stunning views, crowded by multitudes of tourists that – without fail - fell in love with Liguria’s capital.

The historical centre, the port, the museums, the cable transports, the forts, the gastronomy… “Genovameravigliosa” is indeed a journey into this cultural, colourful, creative city, that is betting on a smart future of international standing and positioning as the ideal place to study, work, invest… “We want to build a strategic vision for the future” states Simonetta Cenci Deputy Mayor - Office for Urban Development and Urban Planning.
