LiguriaFood, the new issue is out


The second issue of "LiguriaFood - Gourmet itineraries" is out.
Articles include two features by Umberto Curti: the first is dedicated to Genoa's chocolate history, the second to spungata, the glory of Sarzana and one of the symbols of the Via Francigena.
The paper version of the magazine, available at newsstands in Northern Italy, provides English abstracts..., and guess who translates them!
